Refund policy

Returns are available only on certain products with limited access, you may have to pay the shipping charges without proper reason. Only damaged products accepted for returns.

Most gadgets may be lower back within 30 days of transport. Item(s) should be:

• In its authentic, undamaged condition
• Disassembled, if the object(s) had been in the beginning added disassembled.
• In its authentic packaging. If the authentic packaging is simply too broken to be shipped back, you should use a comparable-sized container because the authentic container is no longer than 108 inches.

There are some gadgets that can't be lower back:

• Open Box / Clearance gadgets
• Gift cards
• Personalized gadgets
• Bundled gadgets at discounted rates, e.g., "five for $25" (except the complete package is lower back)
• Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
• Live Plants
• Swatches

In addition, any transport delivery prices or carrier charges amassed at the order will now no longer be refunded. This includes:

• $4.99 delivery fee for orders under $35
• Upgraded delivery charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
• Assembly offerings blanketed with transport
